These houses are really common around my area and personally i think their reallu ugly but i tried to recreate one of them in the sims to an extent. The interior is all decorated 70s and it includes 2 spacious double bedrooms (one with ensuite) and 1 family bathroom. I tried to make this house as realistic as possible.
