Recreation of the Sims 3 lot. Sandy Shoals Sea Shanty! This is the smaller 20x20 version with a mini pool in the back and no surf shack. I thought this would fit perfectly in #Brindleton Bay on the little 20x20 lot by the water. Redid this lot to increase movement space in the kitchen and add the new stairs that fit perfectly into this home. #parenthood #pets #beach
