Recreation of the Sims 3 lot. Sandy Shoals Sea Shanty! This is the smaller 30x30 version with a mini pool in the back and no surf shack. Working on the larger lot version but I thought this would fit perfectly in #Brindleton Bay on the little 30x30 lot by the water. #parenthood #pets #beach
