Tiny Black&White Starter
This is starter home for one Sim or a couple. House is fully furnished and decorated in simple, black and white style with brick details and teal accents. You can work here on logic and gardening skill. There is laptop, big TV, grill and custom made desk nook. I put there also some nicer appliances. Lot was play tested.
