Townhouse for my TS4 renovation. Ispired by New York signature brick townhouses. Floor 1 is actually a basement, but it is also supposed to be an apartment. There is a corridor on the left side of the Floor 2, it leads to backyard. I left the interior empty so you can fit in as many Sims as you want.
