This house i swear is the cutest thing ever! The different rooms have different hobbies for any sim you want to place here. It can be placed as a university house, but I think it could also work as a townhome or something. I used many packs in order to show little more diverse decorations so that you can virtually place any sim in these rooms no matter where they may be from or what their hobbies are.
