A huge property with a greenhouse, a cavalier house (e.g. for a teenager who really needs his own space or a good friend) and of course the main mansion. Pool and exercise room (and a science room btw) in the basement, all you need for a big familiy on the ground level. There are still some rooms upstairs, waiting to be filled with some ideas.
