A dual retail lot in the 40x30 lot in Magnolia Promenade. The bigger building is an old bookstore and the smaller is a second hand store that sells decorative items and clothes. I'm not sure how it would work to run both of the stores at the same time, but I'd lock the doors on one on them and run the other to make it easier to see the customers.
