Factory One
Please use bb.moveobjects when placing. Hey guys, I made the factory one lot into a communtiy space where sims can rest, eat and overall interact, kinda like a hotel lobby. There's one study room as well. I also added in pipes to give the impression that it was a factory, now remodeled and repurposed.
