I was bored so I made a box. It's like if your Sim really wanted to go to college in the city but has to settle for the suburbs, and then made the suburbs kinda city-like (idk what to do with this house). It's got a modern/industrial vibe, but we all know at the end of the day, it's just a black brick box (but to be fair i would imagine some artsy-ish sim living here).
