I loved #devonbumpkin's #council #block series on #youtube and was inspired to create a version of my own. Full credit to #katiemlowe33 for the basic #shell of the build, which I used as a starting point. Built for Inner Circle in #delsolvalley, this block of #apartments features 8 units, each decorated to reflect a different character.
