I thought it'd be fun to have a community lot for Sims with the "work from home" option. The second floor is designed mostly for the Fashion Influencer career, and the third floor can be used for multiple things (freelance writers, painters, etc) but I modeled it loosely after an advertising firm because I love Mad Men (hence the bar in the conference room and the midcentury style). There is also a small cafe on the first floor for Sims to eat. Art on the second floor by #blake27nov .
