Boat House inspired by The Sim Supply. This is my first build. Boat house includes three levels: Basement, first floor, and a rooftop deck. In the basement is a small study, bedroom, and full bathroom. First floor is the living room and kitchen. There is also a small deck with a small dining area on the first floor. There are pool stairs on the back deck for access to swim. Rooftop deck includes a grill and bar. Build was done in Newcrest on a 20x15 lot. #boathouse #thesimsupply #lakehouse
