I made some adjustments to this build to make room in the budget for the trashcan that MAKES YOU MONEY! Plus I subbed the windows out for a glass roof. Free natural light! I also downsized the rooms to be able to afford a nicer siding. You now have $1,000 to make a garden but with seasons in mind I will let you develop that on your own.
