This is a revamp of my favorite lot in the entire game: Fountainview Penthouse. I decided to make it into a studio apartment, since I have an addiction to those. The build isn't perfect or really all that special, but it has character. This was built with my botanist sim in mind, which is why it has a few random things here and there.
