MOVEOBJECTS ON when placing the lot! Build in Sulani Pier Perfection lot. Play tested and two Sims can access the Murphy bed :) NOTE: if the microwave doesn't work, it's because of the debug boat, so raise the building up and down to the original hight again while MO on, that did the trick for me!
