This house is tiny. Like, really really tiny. But it also has room beneath it for a jet-ski, and on the size for another boat ! The lot is off-the-grid-compatible, but feel free to edit it just the way you like. Shower and toilets are in a separate part of the lot so that all the used water doesn't fall on the jetski.
