Well what is there to say.. I renovated (mostly the interior of) this sad house. I personally use it as a rental lot which is why there isn't much landscaping etc. That would be too high maintenance for a rental lot in real life in my opinion ^^ I really wanted to keep its simplicity and not make too many changes too the exterior.
