I wanted to do another quick, smallish build before bed bc i'm still trying to get back into building in the sims so here's a reeeaaally simple #duplex i guess. i used a lot of that reddish colored wood and it just feels very warm and homey to me while still being modern i think??? idk. anyways, each unit has 1 bed and 2 bath and can sleep 2 sims, so that's #2bed, #4bath, and 4 sims for the entire lot.
