So, I have tried to build a blue suburban. It did not come out a blue suburban. Or, well, the outside is! But I've furnished the inside more to my taste, and it turned out very industrial/jungle adventure heavy. Spilled mild and all that. (Which reminds me, there's cookies on the counter!) One bedroom, one bath and a half, rich woods, and blue accents (get it? because blue suburban?)
