Family home for families who love to host(no toddlers, but easily doable in child's bedroom) and upstairs lounge is converted to work area, which if you don't own get famous you can just make it to a normal office space. Place has a laundry room(can easily make into a bedroom for butler or more sims), pool and gazebo with bar and bbq area.
