A studio taylor-made for creating works of art. The conditions are perfect for sims aspiring to excel in painting and photography. Not much in the way of entertainment, but the kitchen could be split into a kitchen/dining room and a living room could be added on! My original intent was to create a talented couple with 3 model roommates who pose in various outfits for photos and paintings.
