I made this house for my legacy family - my eldest son and his wife are moving out and starting their own family. This house has lots of room to grow! I left a full side yard for expansion, as well. There is a master bedroom with an ensuite, and two smaller bedrooms that share a bathroom. I made one of the bedrooms a baby/toddler room, and the other is an extra study until my family has a second kid. Enjoy!
