'Blue suburban'- type family home. Luxury-type house. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (has the possibility for 5 bedrooms due to basement gym and 'entertainment' room. This is the first house that I have built with my own floorplans (just started building in the Sims 4 (Sims 3 lover) and have been doing Lilsimsie's shell challenges until this point).
