In the spirit of the upcoming pack, I have built a factory to renovate. Abandoned in the 70's, what stands now is a solid building that needs a helping hand. Quite a big one actually. It is your job to convert this once bustling workhouse into a bonafide modern structure. There are almost no restrictions, windows, doors, walls etc. can be changed but the shell of the building has to stay intact. The second floor should also stay as it is.
