I turned #Springscape into a 3 bed, 2 bath home. There is a master bed/bath, a guest room, kids' room, guest bath, greenhouse area, and the living room is in the loft. My sim lives here with her infant daughter, and cashes in on that money tree to be a stay-at-home mom.
