VERSION 2: SORRY FOR PREVIOUS REMOVAL (found some missing/weird/not working things in playthrough) #apartment building, 9 apartments, all #furnished the same to make it easy to expand/move in ready. Roof #communal area with hangout and gardening options (premade room function used to furnish most of roof). Currently using it myself for 8 so paths and such work, just basic and might be missing random things. First try at an apartment building, and one of my first TS4 builds. #green #modern
