Built this #Tier2 #TinyHome as a starter on the #ComfyCubby lot in #Newcrest. Cozy is definitely the key word here, as this house boasts just #onebedroom, #onebathroom, and an open living space. Still, definitely a place your Sims can start to grow a family, and you get the #perks from #Tier2 that should help you get promoted in your career quickly. Not to mentioned lowered bills.
