I made this house according to a random build generator by Simsation Nation! I was tasked to build a brown colonial house for 3 Sims (I choose 2 parents and a child/teen) with a budget of 84k. My special requirements were to include a flower garden, a music room, and a murphy bed. I ended up putting the murphy bed in the music room as a kind of guest bedroom also!
