For #Foxbury students with a dislike in the #dorm life, the #university also provides #MaritimeManor as another option for students to reside. This broken #fixerupper was swooped up by the university in a sly realestate deal, but the university never really got around to fixing it up. Oh well, I guess the chipped paint, scratches, & odd odors is a small price to pay for a more independent college experience. #discoveruniversity #hottub #dancefloor #djbooth #party #college #universityhousing #bar
