I'm not great at builds, so I used #Pessimist_2017 Britchester Townhouse build to create this sorority house. I changed all the furnishings, and partially edited the build to give it the look I was going for. I was wanting to create a pretty, posh, and traditional English style building to use as a sorority house for my female sims at Britechester University.
