This is a #ModernSeasideHouse. I am very excited to share this with you! I have really stepped out of my comfort zone with this house. I built it with a Sim in mind. I picture the sim that lives here loves the #modern look but also loves to #collect things from around the worlds. I did picture the sim to be female with a #dog. This home has 1 bedroom and 1 bath. There is a #laundryroom. the floor plan is a bit open. There is a #balcony off the bedroom. I really hope you enjoy this house. :)
