What happened to Pepper's Pub, Britechester's favourite student hangout, when the Campus Campaign for Extreme Sobriety got its wish and the Campus was declared "Dry"? [they got alcohol and bars banned on both university campuses - this happens, BTW]. Well, the Pepper family re-openned Pepper's Pub as a coffee bar! There's an office in the basement.
