I renovated one of the houses from the new Wedding Stories pack to look like a beach resort I have many childhood memories of. The resort was a pink stocco one-story motel with a giant courtyard, two pools, and all right on the beach. It was so cute. Lots of tile, lots of cute spots to sit.
