I created this as a clubhouse for my rebellious teen sims, complete with a pool, hot tub, bar, games, fire pit, and lots of places to mess around. I had to classify it as a national park, but it would work well as a stand-alone residence; or, if you want to add more bedrooms/bathrooms, it could serve as a ratty college house.
