Use moveobjects cheat before placing. This is still a #shell somewhat. There is a #karaokebar #bar which is the venue type, one of the #club rooms is furnished. Each #clubroom is the same size except for the two corner rooms on the two upper floors which are slightly bigger. There is still a lot of empty space on the basement levels which are meant to host the stuff your #clubs need which are too big to fit the club room, such as a pool/basketball court etc. #25clubs #allclubs #clubshell
