Here is a BaseGame renovation of the Oasis Springs Gym. If you look closely, I have added the Clothing Optional lot trait to add extra flair to the build. I suggest you add the University showers, jacuzzis, Fitness Stuff and Spa Day equipments if you want to add to this gym.
