I decided to re-do the StrangerVille Information Center! While it is still a great place to hang out and study and there are numerous archives to puruse information surrounding weird and unusual phenomenon, the local parents were vocal about having a "normal" library for their students to hang out and learn and a hall for the residents to meet.
