Hello hello. Here is the Newcrest City Hall built for you to protest in front of it! It functions as a library, and it has one inside. But it is built with a concert hall, the Mayor's office, a waiting room and a meeting room. It also has two points for weddings, one on the terrace and the other one in the garden.
