Modern CHinese Apartment
A modern #apartment house inspired by #Chinese architecture, for my #Newcrest #Chinatown set. Meant for sims who don't know one another too well yet, or for a single sim and their #roommate. I only did 2 apartments to keep the cost low(ish), but there is room to grow. There's a #laundry room downstais and a #playground outside. All the fun of #CityLiving without the annoying noisy neighbours! The outside done using #JungleAdventure, #SnowyEscape and that one #IslandLiving window.
