My 2nd attempt at a comfy hobbit house, built for a family of 4, also includes a guest room with 2 beds. Hobbits don't like stairs, but I couldn't manage completely without them. I wanted to keep it base game and country living only, but if you have eco living, I recommend the living roof instead for this roof. I might have overdone it with the plants outside a bit, sorry.
