Classy Duplex
Modified #starter home from #basegame #tutorial. Includes a #second floor with #teen bedroom and #minibar / TV room. The first floor has been modified to include a #chef kitchen, and a #spacious master bedroom. Outdoor lot includes many trees and pre-started #garden. I spent a long time building up my first home to get my sims off and out to a larger lot. They made it a nice, cozy home while they lived there though. Hope you enjoy too! :)
