I wanted a #desert style #single home and saw a building in my neighborhood I had to replicate but as a house. Would work well in any #neigborhood though. besure to turn on #moveobjects and #cheats for placement. Should work on smaler lots too. might be good for your #college kid who wants their own space or an #art sim.
