Built this cute little house for my sim to go to university to study law! Obviously she couldn't afford it on just her scholarship (although she did get a wedge of money from her parents!) so she had her own room and 2 beds for 2 roommates! Very decent price, enough desks for all 3 sims to study too! My first time building this kind of lot!
