This is a hospital but when you want to use it when you are at work, you are unable to edit the lot so hold following buttons down... ( control shift = c ) *DONT TYPE IN BRACKETS* then a white bar should come up in the left hand corner, you are then going to type in ( testingcheats on ) then it should say cheats are enabled or something like that then type in ( bb.enablefreebuild ) and then you should be able to go into build mode. #hospital #gettowork #getowork #doctor #cheat
