Very small house, but cozy and comfortable for your sims to enjoy and feel very safe here. Perfect for an eldery couple or a young couple starting out and could have room for 1 or 2 very young children. They would have to share a room it would be tight. This was designed for my family specifically but you can pretty much do what ever you like. I made a single mother and daughter story.
