Owning much of the land in Granite Falls, the owners decided to build and reserve a little piece of nature for themselves. The outcome however, was not little. They built a huge craftsman style lodge complete with everything, a sauna, movie theatre, pool house, and a hot tub lake! As they continued to add on they began to realize the expense of the project.
