If you played The Sims 2, I'm sure you remember House of Fallen Trees. It's a residantal in Downtown. It was haunted by ghosts. Entrance to house is on the second floor. On the first one is mysterious research center, gym, library, playground and graveyard. Next floors look like in a normal house. On the outside there's another cementary and fountain with figurine.
