This is a 20-tile-wide starter prison for the "Prison Challenge? Warden You Like to Know" tournament challenge on Carl's forum. Its furnishings are bare bones. Outdoor cement floors of different colors indicate the placing of future prison cells. Note: The outdoor yard is surroundeded on two sides by Get to Work fencing.
