I wanted to replace the "Spring Steppes" lot in Britchester with a cafe! I needed indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of good spots to hang out or study, and I eventually decided I wanted my sims to enjoy an outdoor theatre here too! I love nature and anything earth-friendly so I used lots of Eco Living and went for a really organic vibe! I hope you can get some use of this too when your sims go to University! Enjoy!! #canals
